Return & Refunds
1 Request for return is submitted in form of email to us within 14 days from the date you received the item, and
2 The item has NOT had any serial number removed or defected, and
3 The item MUST be in ORIGINAL condition, and
4 You MUST return the item using postal service with TRACKING NUMBER, and
* Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely.
* If the item is defective upon receipt, a replacement will be sent or refund will be issued once the item is received.And
we are NOT responsible for any loss and damage during return shipment.
* Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
